Expected Site Downtime

we are moving to a new Dedicated server.
this means that for anyone outside of USA may loose connectivity with all the integramod.com sites for a few days. Most US residents will only notice a few hours of downtime. I will probably start the transfer sometime on Thursday July 31st. phpbbireland will not be affected until this weekend when I transfer the remaining sites

2x Intel Xeon 2.8 GHz Processors

IPMI
100 Mbps Uplink
10 IPs
Hardend OS and firewall installation

well the specs are not awsome, but a major step up. We are currently running on a single Xeon 2.4 with 1 gig ram and a single 80 gig 2meg cache hd, so we are at least doubling all the important specs

Unless you are awake overnights like I am
I work weekends however so I will not be around to notice the downtime

Ahhh ok.. Yeah my current server is with theplanet.
I just had 4 days outage with emails because they couldn't complete a upgrade successfully. Then I lost 4 days of posts to forums when they resorted back to the original setup.
Only to be trying the upgrade again on Friday
They are not called theplanet for what you think.. it because they cause a world of pain to customers lol.

that doesnt sound very promising what package to you have? dedicated, VPS or shared?
